With access to the official Jaguar dealer portal (TOPix) we are able to use the latest repair techniques with the assistance of factory technical bulletins. We are able to service the latest models including, Jaguar XK8, Jaguar XK-R, Jaguar XE, Jaguar XF, Jaguar XJ, Jaguar F-Type & Jaguar F-Pace.

Using only genuine Jaguar diagnostics (IDS, SDD & Pathfinder) you can be assured of the correct diagnosis every time.

We are able to program in new modules etc and also update any software as & when instructed via the diagnostic equipment, thus ensuring your vehicle is running with the latest software updates.

We aim to book all routine service & maintenance work in to our workshop within 3 days. If your car has broken down and towed in, we operate a triage system so we aim to make an initial assessment within 24 hours of the vehicles arrival at the Mitsiland workshop from Monday to Thursday.

We use many modern methods at assist in diagnosis including, thermal imaging and a smoke machine that introduces smoke to locate air & vacuum leaks. More information is listed below.

We utilise genuine Jaguar diagnostics and Thermal Imaging technology to detect and diagnose problems. (See images & videos below)

Thermal imaging camera has advanced image processing that brings out more detail in every image, so problems won’t go undetected. Plus, they’re proof of a job well done. Diagnosing multiple faults without any invasive strip down. The picture (below right) shows how all the heated seat elements are working correctly within minutes.

The video shows smoke leaking from near the bulkhead.

After removing components to see where the smoke was coming from it’s easy to see the split vacuum hoses. This would have been extremely difficult to diagnose without a smoke tester.

If you prearrange a collection, we will pick your car up from your home or place of work and drive it to our premises, carry out all the necessary work (having consulted you) and deliver it back to you at the end of the day.
