I too can recommend Mitisland. I booked my Bentley in for an specialist intermediate service, cd changer swop, diagnostic check and then cured the problem. This was confirmed by email along with a reminder the day before... very professional communication. I arrived at just before the alloted 8.30am time, they were ready and waiting for me. The car went straight into the well equiped and tidy workshop. All work was completed by the early afternoon for the very competitive quoted cost of the service ( no hidden extras), plus reasonably priced add ons for the two other jobs. All of which were undertaken to my satisfaction. Money well spent... I'm really pleased. They are clearly experienced, knowledgeable, plus helpful and reassuring. 5* without any doubt.

I found this garage online where they have an entire page dedicated to Porsche repair and service. I therefore rung and emailed them clearly stating I was looking for a garage with a Porsche PIWIS to re-calibrate my parking brakes. They said they can do it and booked me in. When I collected the car, they gave me a fault code list obtained using Autel MaxiCheck MX900-T (*not a PIWIS*) and they said I needed to buy fit some new actuators for £1.5k to fix the problem. Luckily I didn’t listen to their advice and went elsewhere with a PIWIS and got my brakes calibrated and fixed without needing any part and at very little cost. When I rung them to explain what happened, instead of apologising and admitting their limits and offering a refund they kept saying they have a PIWIS. (Which it wouldn’t make any sense for them to have it anyway, as it costs tens of thousands of pounds a year and my car was the only Porsche in the garage!) Every business has limits but it’s the fraudulent act of promising something that can’t be done just to get some money is not acceptable.

Genuine Land Rover specialists, and a lot more besides. I rang Mitsiland a week before my MOT was due to run out and they made sure I was booked in before it expired. On the day, they had my 2013 Freelander 2 HSE through its MOT, an intermediate service and a small repair all in one visit. These are proper marque specialists. They run the full manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment, the same top-tier systems the main dealers use rather than basic generic kit, so nothing on my Freelander fazed them. And it is not just Jaguar Land Rover: they are equipped to the same high standard for the likes of Audi, Porsche and Bentley too. The car failed on a rear drop link and they kept me clearly informed throughout. Phil also did me a real favour with some genuinely useful advice on how to prioritise the repairs coming down the line, so I know exactly what to plan for and when. The value speaks for itself: a service, MOT and repair all in for around £413 all in when I had been paying near dealership prices elsewhere for years. I only wish I had found them sooner. Great communication and honest and upfront with quotations.

Needed some work doing on my Landrover's brakes. Had been chasing local main dealer for prices, but after a week & still no price confirmation, so did a Google search & found Mitsiland who were LR specialists. Phoned to check prices & received call back within 20 minutes. Car booked in as a result (& for only 1 day rather than the 3 that dealer wanted) & work completed as agreed & to quoted price. What's more, car thoroughly cleaned inside & out (even green mold that had grown during last lockdown). Excellent service (both in respect of "customer" & actual work done) so will be back for main car service in future **Updated 11/9/2023** Mitsiland have been doing the servicing of my car since I first came across them - excellent work at reasonable prices. In addition, twice this year, I've needed to make a claim on my extended warranty policy - once due to a water pump failure & once to a window regulator. On both occasions, Phil & the team have resolved this for me, not only that, the warranty people have accepted the work that they've done (including using OEM parts) & paid my claim. **Update 29/5/2025** Dropped off for another service & MOT. Once again, excellent service and communication.
